I planted my wysteria vine 4 weeks ago, and I have seen no life. How long does it take for wysteria to show life?

it takes almost 6 weeks to grow
If the plant originated near or north of you it will probably be dormant until spring. You are on the zone edge for wisteria to remain evergreen.
