Who can help me identify this cactus?
And also, who knows why it could be so wrinkly? It has had it’s first watering of the year about a week ago. Nevertheless it is wrinkly, it was already quite wrinkly before winter. Ir am I being an idiot and just underwatering it??

It's Ferocactus glaucescens. Yes, just a tad underwatered. But by all means, don't over water it.
