Hi There. I found some seed pods from a Staphylea trifolia and wondered if anyone on this site has grown one from seed. If so, is there a link to a site with good advice? Or brief summary of a proven method?
Thanks so much, a5footsea
Bladdernut seed germination advice
Struggling with them myself.. I know it is recommended to start with freshly ripened seed and immediately plant them, not allowing them to dry out. Keep moist and plan on leaving the pot sit an extra year or two if you don't see anything.
Still might be cold enough to try a dormant cutting or two, if you are able.
