Termite?
Not a termite; appears to be in the order Hymenoptera. Do you have any other views? Such as from the side, from the front, and/or with the wings spread out?
This is a male ant in the subfamily Dorylinae. They sometimes are called 'sausage ants' because of their appearance - see http://myrmecos.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Dorylus11.jpg for an example. The well-known army/driver ants belong to this subfamily.
