SOLVED: Seed pods? Japanese Windflower / anemone

Atlanta, GA(Zone 7b)

Or Anemone Honorine Jobert... I’ve had these maybe 10 years and I’ve never seen this. I am thinking these are seed pods(?) but I’m not 100% sure it is not something else. Have YOU ever seen this?

I recently noticed my Japanese anemones making floofy things, I didn't know they did this, it reminded me at first of Clematis fluff.. it is pouring rain at the moment so I imagine it is destroyed.

Yes, that's what Japanese anemone seeds look like. Tiny seeds embedded in fluff. The fluff does make planting them a bit tricky!
