What a gorgeous plant!! You could start those seeds!!

It is an Anthurium I believe. But I am not sure which one. It is similar though perhaps a different species than Anthurium hookeri.

I believe you are right Kelly. This is an amazing specimen too!

It must be tough as nails as I saw one at the Mayan ruins in the Mexican heat - a bit ragged but hanging on so long ago. Of course I didn't take a photo of it.

Here is one in Belize in the jungle though.

Been to a few places but not even close to some folks. Maui last year on the hill between Big Beach and Little Beach. Scary looking down but it isn't too bad - that's my son-in-law and grandson leading the way.

Most of these are sea turtles but some are rocks. HA!

Me looking down to the blowhole and asking myself "Do I really want to go down there?" Yes, we did.

How I loved Hawaii!! How special to experience it with your grandchild! I would love to see sea turtles up close. Did you get to go up to them or would that be considered bad form causing them stress?

It looks like you were on a sharp cliff. You actually went down from there? I hope it was not as steep as it looks like it might be. Personally, I am not big on heights; you would never get me standing so close! LOL
