This little brush-like thing just started to grow out of my succulent, is this a disease or is it part of the plant? :D Sorry, I'm super new to succulents, never had one before... If it's a disease I don't want to wait for it to grow bigger.

Just saw this. Do you know the name of the succulent?
Or can you take a photo of the entire plant?
It's an Echeveria. I've grown a lot of them but never seen this. If it was mine, I'd pull it off. But you could leave it and see what happens. I think perhaps another plant, maybe a cactus, came in contact with your Echeveria and left it in the leaf.
Thank you so much! So it's not a disease, that's a relief :) I think I will pull it out, maybe it will just suck out the energy of the succulent if it grows bigger. Thank you for the name also, I will look up now the proper care for it :)
