Have quite a few hostas, most of which are quite healthy -- but there are several that seem to be chewer-magnets; well-supplied with Buggetta pellets, etc., but that doesn't seem to faze the buggers; any suggestions what might be at work here and how to send them to some other nirvana? Thanks!
Buggers getting my hostas and primroses
Many things can do this - you really have to catch it in the act. Don't be afraid to go out at night with a flashlight. And look for droppings. That might help you find a culprit. Silver trails means slugs. I could guess slugs and grasshoppers from here but that doesn't have to be it.
