I’m in zone 10. I have 2, 3 foot tall plus trees in 2 gallon plastic pots inside of ceramic pots.
They are outside in full sun
They both have consistent new growth.
They are not fertilized.
They are watered on the same schedule and set right next to each other.
One has significantly more leaf curl than the other and until recently the new growth starts out fine and then proceeds to curl. Now it looks like the new growth is also affected.
Any thoughts?
Osmanthus Fragrans Leaf curling
They don’t really enjoy full sun. I would try bright shade.
Also your water might be too alkaline; you may want to acidify and fertilize regularly.
Shoot I was told not to fertilize when I was experiencing brown leaf tips, and have been flushing ever cents. And I guess I should say they get sun from noon to six.
