I have a small potted tree that last summer we kept outside and was beautiful. In the winter, we took it inside, and it didn't do as well. Now it is spring again and it looks pretty bad. I noticed bumps on the branches and thought it might have a disease, but also by the looks of it, it might be too little too late. I don't know what kind of plant it is, but perhaps someone could shed some light on what this is:
