I'm interested in planting an apple tree in the garden. Due to limited space, I'd like to plant a self-fruiting one. I'm looking at 'Dorsett Gold' as the label ad indicating it's "self fruitful". But when I do some research, it's said the variety needs "Anna" a similar cultivar to pair up for cross pollination. Do you have experience with this variety? Please advice.
