Those sure look like Aloe grandidentata… very slow-growing, suckering (offsetting) species that I personally have never gotten to flower. Not a Gasteria or even has any Gasteria in them.

I agree with palmbob that those do look like Aloe grandidentata. I bought one from the Desert Botanical Garden sale and it looks very similar to yours.

the few mature plants I have seen (though not convinced they were correctly identified) in botanical gardens did have larger spots and in a somewhat striped pattern…
