I have this ID'd as Gasteria "Ed Hummels".................

Could it be a Gasteraloe?
Those sure look like Aloe grandidentata… very slow-growing, suckering (offsetting) species that I personally have never gotten to flower. Not a Gasteria or even has any Gasteria in them.

Gee, I thought it was 3D already.
the few mature plants I have seen (though not convinced they were correctly identified) in botanical gardens did have larger spots and in a somewhat striped pattern…
