Searching for Bouvardia ternifolia

I am not a Florida resident, but it was suggested that I post to the Florida forum to see if anyone happened to have access to Bouvardia ternifolia. I have only found it online at a couple of locations and both places have reputations for shipping tiny plants. I wondered if anyone had any sources in Florida that would possible ship me a couple of plants?

Some things have shown the plant to survive in 8B and some things say 9 and 10 only. I have no idea which is correct, but I just plan to use the plant in pots and take it in for the winter. HOPING to overwinter in my garage.
