More to come.
Anyone have any pond plants I would appreciate it.
Bonnie
Bonnie,
I can bring some. I have parrot feather, sensitive vine (aquatic) Purple flowering things with an unmentionable name and if I climb in one pond, could separate some purple pickerel.
Climb in the pond? yep, not an arduous task, looking for an excuse since my swimming pool is now full of tadpoles and I can't jump in there. :^)
Red salvia miniata
Red firecracker (Russelia sarmentosa)
Purple or red firespike (Odontonema)
a few Agave baby plants
Pagoda Clerodendrum
That's all I know for sure, plan to get out in the garden tomorrow and see what else I can find. It has been so dry here I lost many of the rootings I was trying to start for RU, since I was on vacation and not here to constantly water them.
I forgot I have a nice orange justicia plant too.
I cut some Wendy's wish salvia today and more purple firespike (Odontonema callistachyum).
Also found two Lion's ear plants that sprouted, so dug them up and put them in a pot for you all.
How I hate to deliver bad news!
I have an infected toe next to the one that got amputated 3 years ago. The antibiotics are kicking my butt. Plus, I have to stay off my feet for about another week. The antibiotics' effectiveness is questionnable. I'm not going anywhere farther than the curb to drop off the trash bags. I was so looking forward to all this!
Sorry.
Sylvain.
Oh, Sylvain I am so sorry you aren't coming.
We will miss you.
Sidney
May I have a pagoda?
The seeding went well till I left the little plants outside and they got drowned during a massive thunderstorm. But i have still a few extra of:
Pink celosia
Confederate double hibiscus (cotton rose)
And sage, both annuals and perennials.
