Yummy tomato

Richland, WA(Zone 7b)

This is my first BIG tomato- a OP Goliath- just what I want in a tomato- few seeds & solid flesh- and a perfect taste

Wow, that does look great. Congratulations! I haven't tried that variety but I'll have to look into it now.

That looks great. My toms have been absolutely wonderful this year. I was disappointed in a couple that I tried (Sioux and Mr Stripey). Not to my liking, but hey, I like to try different ones each year. Might have to give Goliath a try!

I grew two this year purple prince was so-so. The other was a grape hybrid Tami and is awesome-tons of fruit, pretty trusses and sweet.

That looks interesting, I'll want to try Goliath next year. My tomatoes are just starting good production.

There are several varieties of Goliath- the one I grew had a lot of problem leaves early on, but still produced well. I just removed the leaves as they turned yellow!

Good to know.
