Thanks "mom lady". I looked up ways to prepare it and find that there are several. Do you have a favorite way of preparing them?
Hmm, grilled or sauteed with some garlic, maybe a little breading and maybe not, or maybe in a fritatta...nothing fancy...or cubed and put into a vegetable or minestrone soup...I'm getting hungry...
