Something is damaging my coneflower. Leaves are browning and there are black dots on the back side. Live in central Virginia.

I'm fairly certain that is a fungal infection. You should treat with a fungicide like Daconil. As a precaution, I would also make sure that whenever you water to water the base of the plant and not from the top so the water doesn't lay on the leaves.
