I'm trying to build out a scoville scale for peppers located at http://scovillescaleforpeppers.com/the-scoville-scale/. I am a huge pepperhead and wanted to do something fun with my passion. I thought I'd reach out to some other pepper lovers who know their stuff. DavesGarden has some super educated users.

I'm just curious what I can do better. I know I'm missing tons of peppers, it's going to take me forever to get them all up, lol. I also used the high end of the SHU instead of a low and high. I'm working on changing this. Anyhow, any help would be awesome!
