I just received several plants that were to go around our memorial pond. Pond was not constructed well and needs to be rebuilt so my question is, can I plant phlox in pots until pond is done? They are new plants just in from a nursery. Thank you
Carpet Phlox
Yes, You can plant phlox in pots..just plant them in nice potting soil like miracle grow organic potting indoor outdoor soil in thsoe pots..phlox do not like intense sun or heat so maybe put another pot around the pot they are planted in to keep the pot with the rootball cool and well watered in the early morning and evenings so they dont get cooked.
