This was originally on the beginner vegetables forum, someone suggested that i post it here too, so here goes:
My tomato starts have been coming along great and looking quite strong, although i woke up to something interesting, several of them have...all i can describe as "twisted", their leaves, one of them even completely flipped upside down. I keep them in my southern window with the blinds twisted open, and a full spectrum CFL bulb to supplement. I just wonder if that is too much for them? or if it is too much water / not enough water? Craving a specific nutrient? Disease? (heaven forbid), or is this a normal behavior?
Later in the evening, those plants popped off several leaves that looked otherwise quite lush and healthy. so far it has only happened to the german johnson, and the Great Whites, the paul robeson and green zebra have not had the issue.
The tomato in the second photo only has one leaf now :(
