Does anyone know when it is safe to start watering my gardens? I live in Southeastern Arizona, Sierra Vista and it is now March 1, 2014. I am wondering when I should start watering my established gardens? My neighbor already has flowers blooming, as she's been watering since January. I hope I haven't killed my gardens, as I haven't watered, since October/November. It's been so dry here.
Thanks for any information you might pass on.
