There are a few of these plants in this garden I inherited. How do I nurse them back to health? I don't think they have been pruned in years. Any chance of flowers this spring/summer?

Small Leaf Azalea Help for Rookie Gardener
I would prune them low and add organic fertilizer with acid and then add mulch. First and foremost have your soil tested. They are plants that do not require a lot of fuss with fertilizer, but testing is important.
