We're on the cusp of a blue moon and a new season, and it's time for a new installment. We came from here: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1327767/

For me, dinner time now means scaling back to one fewer set of knees under my dinner table. Case in point, I made a half-size lasagna this week for the first time in several decades.
