I live in a townhouse and am I having a tree removed. My association is planning on replacing it with a Bradford Pear or a Red Maple. Which is a better choice and why? Any help is greatly appreciated. I currently have the tree to be removed ringed with border pavers and planted with several plants at its base. These plants will be replanted at base of new tree. Thank you.
