Chinese Trumpet Lilies in zone 3?

I am moving from zone 4 to 3. Do you think that I can move my Chinese Trumpet Lilies to zone 3 or should I give them to my sister who lives in zone 5? Does anyone have experience with these lilies in zone 3?
