'Purple Prince' Lily tree

Can you spot the little Praying Mantis in the flower? The Purple Prince is hardly purple but it's pretty anyway. -

Every Purple Prince I've ever seen has been more pink than purple, but as you say--still beautifull.

Yeah, out of the Lily Trees that Brecks sells, I'd recommend 'Satisfaction'. It is easily prettier and more aromatic than 'Purple Prince' and likely the others too, 'Satisfaction' is stunning. I believe they are $19.99 for 3 bulbs on the Lily Trees at Brecks. They sent me an irresistable coupon though. I had my coupon then they sent my friend the same coupon and she gave it to me. Each one was $25 of FREE stuff, not buy $25 get $25, totally $25 free.
Hehe.. I got Purple Prince one time and Satisfaction later, for $2.94 each! So, on price I can't complain! lol

This is as purple as I've seen.

That's Purple Prince? That's alot closer to purple than mine! THAT would be pretty acceptably purple!Purple isn't my favorite color or anything but I kinda lean towards dark flowers. Black would probably be my favorite color if I had a favorite. I actually got a black Hollyhock this year! I know it's not a Lily so don't scold please, here it is! -

I like your hollyhock. I think black is beautiful, too!
The first photo is black petunias, called "sweetunias." The other two are the same container. One is a black pinstripe petunia with yellow striping with Witch Doctor coleus and black Ipomoea. I think photo three is the same from a different angle (sometimes it is hard to pick from a thumbnail).

I expect the black callas followed by the black coleus soon.

Nice. I like those black Petunias "Sweetunias"! I'll be on the lookout for those. Nice planter arrangement there.
I know what you mean about choosing a file from a thumbnail. What I usually do is try to have my pics open in my pic program so I can make sure the file names match the pic when I upload.
I look forward to seeing the black Callas and Coleus.
