These pictures show what I would like my perennial garden to look like the second half of June/early July. But these blooming delphiniums are all purchased from nurseries this spring. The delphiniums that were already in the garden aren't going to bloom for another week, at least. The poppies will be on their way out. The salvia is a good companion. Can anyone suggest anything else? Or a way to slow down the poppies and speed up the delphs?
TIA
