Thank you for the suggestions! I'll let them know!

Garlic Man had a good harvest this year.

Nice size bulbs of Chesnok, Music and Georgian Fire
Who is interested? Let me know and I can bring to Fall Swap. $1 per bulb.

ooh, yum. bet Martina will want some, too... I'd like 5 bulbs of each, please... if that's too many, 3 each would do it. I'm thinking I might try some in planters that stay outside, figure that would ensure good drainage.

That xshould be doable Jill. I remembered that you liked the Georgian Fire so I think I . already have 6 or 7 of those

Chesnok and Music and several others have done ok for me in containers (I use old recycle bins as they are strong and already have holes in the bottom) The star container garlic for me has been Elephant! Each clove produces a head about a third as big as the original and I along with the pollinators love the flowers, 3 inches across and great dried. They are garden worthy blooms to me

I like a 12 - 15 inch depth to my containers. Super easy to plant and harvest, too.

thanks for the tip on container size/depth!

if you end up with too many Georgian Fire, I'll take the extras... you're right, we love that one. :-)
