Do I let the cayenne and habanero change color on the vine or should I take them green. Advise please. Thank you. Dorothy
Cayenne & Habanero
I would let them change to their final color. No pepper that I'm aware of is ripe when green. To my mind--and taste buds--all peppers taste better when ripe, especially bells. A green bell is an abomination! :«)
Thanks WillyFromAZ. Your advise is well taken. I thought the same. Always good to have confirmation. Thank you. Dorothy
We like ours mostly the color the pepper suppose to be....
