When is the appropriate time to plant onions in Clearwater, FL? That's west central Florida. I've planted bulbs & seeds (1st in late Feb. Then early April) & they both begin to grow then just die. All my other veggies, fruits, & flowers are growing well. This is my 1St garden so any info would be great! Thanks.
