I've noticed this for the past two or three years -- the bush seems generally healthy, has a good crop of berries developing, but the leaves on the ends of the branches die off. Sorry if the picture quality isn't great -- took them with my phone.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my blueberry bush?

Thanks for trying, but this doesn't (thankfully!!) seem to be a match. For one, it mostly attacks Southern highbush varieties. I'm in Massachusetts and though I don't remember which variety this is, I bought it at a local nursery and figure it's suitable for the Northeast. So far, only the tips of some branches seem to be affected and this has been happening for at least two (I think probably three) years without the bush dying off.
I notice leaves in both photos that have been chewed by something. Not sure if that same pest could be the cause of the dying tips? Sorry I can't be more helpful except to bump you back to the top.
