Dog digging pit ideas

Has anyone got any ideas for a nice looking digging pit for dogs? All I am finding on the internet is a sort of sandbox with small walls. I suppose the walls help to keep the dirt/sand from flying everywhere.

I suppose I could do the same with retaining wall blocks…
