Hi all just wanting to get some advice. I have a chin link fence that borders the road and want to plant something that grows fast, preferably stays green all year, possibly flowers and provides privacy. Easy, right? Well I can't seem to think of anything. I live in zone 8b, area is full
sun until about 5 in the evening and the soil is clay and stay moist. Would welcome any and all suggestions. :)
