Prunus Humilis anyone growing these?

., United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

Hi
does anyone have any experience of growing these, i'm just sprouting a batch of seeds and all the information i can find on them is written in Chinese and although google translate helps, i'm having to skip a lot of information that doesn't make sense once translated :-(
here's some of the best information i can find so far:

http://bbs.shuiguobang.com/forum-454-1.html (a chinese fruit growers forum)
http://www.ouliwang.com/ the prunus humilis network seemingly set up to promote it's commercial uses.

Cant help, sorry. Looks like you will be forging new trails and able to help us with what you learn!

You might check with NAFEX -- officially the North American Fruit Explorers, but it is worldwide. They've a facebook group & a mailing list (I don't remember if the list is reserved for members, but the group is open access).

Thanks for posting those links, btw. I'm very interested in C. pinnatifida (shan zha/chinese hawthorn) and there's very little information in English about it. I'm dense enough that I hadn't even thought of using Google translate to try and pull information out of Chinese gardening websites.
