I'm enjoying all the debate about the Irish food, LOL

Had a really good white chicken chili while skiing today. Will probably make a bean soup and grilled corned beef sandwiches for tomorrow.

I thought I bought soup beans the other day, I remember trying to decide between navy or great northern. I can't find them now, so I either didn't buy them, left the bag at the store, or DH threw out a bag thinking it was garbage. I was looking forward to that soup too.

DH is cooking a steak tonight.

Sorry, but great cuisine and 'Irish' don't belong in the same universe, let alone sentence! And my mom is half Irish.

I heard on the radio this morning that Irish whiskey sales have increased 400% in the last 10 years.

Maybe her family just didn't know how to cook ;)

Woo....sounds a little too spicy for me! I haven't eaten a sloppy Joe in about 30 years!

Pork roast in crock-pot, mashed, broccoli rabe, cream corn...cheese pie and strawberries.

Had to go to the accountant today for taxes so picked up Chinese on the way home. :)

No dinner needed....I'd go with the bread pudding! Had lasagna for lunch.

My high school class is having a pizza party tonight ....about 35 have signed up, so it should be fun.
