First year lily beds end. What do I do with 100 2"6" babies

That explains my problem.There are many more than the 100 some are 2 leaves up an inch some are clumps of 6 to 20.Up 8"
it was so empty I put in 7 Banannas and a box of Dahalias 40 Crocoseimas 20 Callas . Please someone There has to be something I can do my self

Are these lily seedlings around established lilies?
They sound like Asiatics which multiply like rabbits.
