Looks like Encephalartos lebomboensis... but it could be a hybrid with a bit of E trispinosus in it.
Thank you very much for the reply. I have a number of unlabeled plants that I want to get in the ground but am unsure at to where in the yard they would do best. Identifying what they are is really the first step - thanks again.
