Hello there - perhaps someone knows of the web site that shows areial photos of city neighborhoods. I remember Google had one but I have forgotten the name. Does anyone know of it? Thanks for any input.
aerial photo
I thinks it's "googleearth".
Try typing that in and sees what happens.
That works - thank you.
I used to live in LB many years ago - in Belmont Heights.
Think I will give 'googleearth" a try too just because I'm curious. LOL
The last time I did a googleearth search for my address it was a picture of me standing in front mowing my lawn !
You should put that on your member page...
Yes - Google Earth will give you aerial views (and street level), as will Bing (includes "birds-eye" angled aerials, too) and Mapquest. I've been spending a bit of time scouting out places to visit in AZ and CA for trips this fall.
BTW (barging into your post), does anyone here communicate regularly with drdon? I've dmailed him but not gotten a response.
My wife and I will be infesting southern CA for 10 days or so end of August, and thought we'd say hi...
