I have just had a few of these planted ex ground (they are about 2m from ground level to crown shaft) and was wondering what tips anyone may have to get them established and thriving. Thanks

I haven't grown them but they're a rainforest plant so prefer shade when small. They usually grow out into full sun as they mature. Also kept moist but well drained. Durban should be a good place for them.
