glaze not glazy ??

ok I glazed a bunch of clay 3 coats and fired yesterday . today when I took it out of the kiln it was very dull and didn't fell glazed at all, what would cause this ? Can I just refire? Or Can I reglaze & refire? Was the glaze to thin? or maube not fired hot enough?
