What's wrong with my Queens?

Anaheim, CA(Zone 10a)

Can anyone help me with my Queen Palms? I have a funny feeling I'm over watering. They usually get 7-10 minutes of water (automatic sprinkler) every-other-day during the summer, and a bit less during the winter. As you can see from the photo, they just appear limp...very listless. There is new growth from the center, but the fronts quickly go limp and don't really grow (in terms of height).

I hope someone can give me some insights as I'm not a very experienced gardener.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks

That looks normal to me, though they could use fertilizer. Something with micro nutrients. Looks like you have two planted fairly close to each other. One will out grow the other. (edited to say) I lived in a with the same situation. After about year three or four, they both took off. (and) Once they get to the thickness of a mature Queen, they will start getting taller.
