cleaning drip lines

Seattle, WA

Hello,

My greenhouse was built last year and is a hoophouse with drip irrigation. I note some of the drip lines have an alkaline like whitish coloration around the lower emitters. Obviously they are clogged to some degree. I want to clean these 1/4" drip tubing which feed my raised beds. What's the best solution? Obviously suppliers want you to throw them away and replace; but NOT on a yearly basis. Our water used is rainwater catchment with an acidity base, so the alkaline, whitish covering on the lines is confusing to me.

can you soak them in vinegar? I have to do that to my shower head in our bathrooms.
