Daylilies are close to blooming!

These Purple Prince Lilies don't yet look like the photos they have. They're more like a White/Lavender right now, not the solid purple like I thought. They don't seem to be open all the way either. Maybe they'll do by the photos in a few days.

Thanks Pepper, I'm glad to see mine aren't the only ones not purple. It's not really a terrible color, but I'm a dark sort and I wanted solid purple, but oh well, pretty blooms anyway!

I made a negative entry in Plantfiles for it and also uploaded a photo from today. I tell you, it's mostly White! Here they are today, 2 of the 3 plants have blooms. -

Shortleaf, thanks for the link. I'll check it out. They're still very pretty though. I bought a bunch daylilies from someone and they turned out to be orange when I was expecting pink. I'm digging them up. They just look terrible next to red roses.
