What flower is this?

Menlo Park, CA

I bought this from Home Depot in East Palo Alto, CA and they labeled this as an African Bush Daisy. However, after some research I do not believe that this an african bush daisy. Any suggestions?

Could it be a gazania?

I have to agree with weegy. You should list yours in the plant files. There is only one entry there! Yours is a beautiful color, and appears very happy. : - )
I am sorry it wasn't the African Bush Daisy you were looking for, but sometimes the best plants aren't the ones we think will be, but the ones that volunteer and/or sneak in on their own. : - )
Hope you find the ABD, and you pot that pretty "Treasure Plant" (Ganzania) and keep it. : - )
Maybe the folks at the nursery can help you id the name for that particular color.
Good luck!

Not a gazania..(.foliage is wrong...from what is visible in the picture. )
Looks more like a new cultivar of Arctotheca.
Can you post a photo of just the foliage ?

SW, there are 4 pages of Gazania.

It looks like it's an Arctotis, AKA, African Daisy or Cape Daisy, possibly 'Flame' or 'Pumpkin Pie', two common ones I see at many nurseries including HD. Great plants. Mine did real well in the Bay Area, am trying them soon in my new garden in Sonoma County.

My bad Calif_Sue. I didn't see any others when I pulled up the plant file information. : -}
It's good to know. Thanks!
