Need a quick answer please. Having a pine screen porch built for my 'cats'. Builder says I can't paint it white because it would deteriorate with the weather and I would not be able to repaint it. Surely this is a lot of baloney? I'm not the expert so I don't know. I may have posted this somewhere else but can't remember........it's a sign of the times - my memory I mean!! Can anyone come up with an answer. Thanks!
