I'm sad to say I did not know this wonderful and such loved lady.
My loss I'm sure. My prayers and thought are with this family. Please Know she is in GOOD hands now where there is NO pain or suffering and No sickness. I can only imagine the beautiful gardens in heaven she will be able to walk in. GOD BLESS you all.
May you walk in HIS presence and be wrapped in her love.

I just saw this today...I still think of her as Honeybee...and thought at one time she and Andy might move to my area...I sent her lots of stuff about our area....I am glad that she is now in the Heavenly Garden of no PAIN! Prayers to the family. Jo
Yeah, Jo, that move never worked out! LOLOL
And actually Makshi is Indian for Honeybee, which is pretty cool.
Thanks for the kindness and love, folks.
I still feel at a loss.
Andy
You will always feel the loss, Andy. But it gets better with time.
I am starting to put the finishing touches on her Memorial Garden I am putting in my sisters' yard.
I took some pics of her bench I put in the garden, I will post a pic soon. :)
The bench is beautiful Andy;o)
I think it is great and what a wonderful place to set and remember your mother.
What a serene and lovely tribute to your Mother, Andy.
She is always with you in spirit but when you take time
to sit on that bench, she will be even closer.
That is just a lovely Memorial to a great lady. You are a wonderful son too. Jo
I second what Roadrunner said. You have created a beautiful place.
Thank you for the kind words.
Unfortunately, I have moved about 3 hours south of my sister, and the Memorial Garden and bench are at my sisters house.
I am trying to get there to pick up some more of my moms bulbs, and her Mimosa tree and Madevilla before it gets too cold.
I am now in Corydon, IN. It is nice out here, mom would have loved it, very wilderness-y. :)
I just heard this news from Andy. Makshi was a much loved participant on the Dahlia Forum. We will miss her very much there. Thoughts and prayers for you and yours Andy.
I was just looking up an old thread in the pets forum and saw the "in memory" below her name. Andy, I'm so sorry.
She will forever be Honeybee to me........may your flight into the heavenly garden bring you peace and comfort.

I still think of Diane often....
Me too nanny_56! Everytime I see one of her plants bloom in my gardens... ♥
