Lilium Brushstroke with Nepeta Souvenir D'Andre Chaudron. I lost my lilium Artistics to voles years ago, and Brushstroke from the Lily Garden was the closest substitute (cream backing instead of white) but I'm not unhappy.

My first Asiapet! Champagne from Buggy Crazy. First year bloom. Wow!

Brushstroke to the left, Champagne to the right. Nepeta and grasses tying it together.

Delicate little Ariadne joins blazing Hiawatha. Hiawatha stays in bloom for a long time.

Yes thanks Donna I went out and sure enough Orange Art was blooming with nepetas. Thanks for the nepeta reminder.

Boy there were some really nice ones on theat last thread. I planted some Pineapple Sage infront of the lilies to fill in and bloom later for the hummers. They have done so well and gotten huge. Thay have almost swallowed up SHOCKING!

Your Avocado is lovely. I got my B&D catalog today. Simply too hot to think about anything other than how to keep my iced tea "iced".

I will be giving away bulbs of AVACADO for postage come fall. So if anybody wants 1 or 2 D-mail me by September. Probably have enough for at least 4 people maybe more! It mutiplies like a bunny and clumps quick.

I know they play games (it seems that way) with names of lilies, like Dimension and Dimention, Nettie's Pride and Netty's Pride so my question of you, nanny, is your 'Avacado' the same as 'Avocado'?

Bonbini is blooming. The inside pattern is not as dark as last yr. BEV

Even last year some of mine had darker patterns and some were lighter.

That's a beauty. I planted it but it's not tall since it's the first year and it does have buds so I hope mine will be as lovely as yours.

Odd that some lilies in pots are the full height but some in the ground aren't.
