This is my first year with the Giant Dutchman's Pipe vine and I have healthy huge vines that were started from plants purchased in 5 gallon pots at a nursery....but here it is July and I see no signs anywhere of flowers beginning. When can I expect them to show? I live in 8a. Thanks, Karen
When do Aristochlia Gigantea bloom?
Mine is just getting into full swing...started a month or so ago with a bloom here and there...now over a dozen with lots more buds. These do like water and we had a week of pretty good rain storms which set it off. I'm watering now when we don't get rain.
