Grub on grape leaves

Any idea what this pest is on a grape vine?

I sprayed last year and cant remember what I used (I think just dawn dish soap).
But I may have used something else, that took care of them.

They are back this year. It makes a web and folds the leaves up. White grub looking thing with brown head.

Sorry nobody has ID'ed your pest.
It looks like there is more than one critter there.
Maybe try the Insect ID forum.
