can you get a closer shot of the petioles... petioles make it look from that distant shot of the stem like a Pritchardia species... but leaves look too small and ruffled. Leaves look like Borassus leaves but petioles have not dark teeth... need more details

That looks like an unhappy Pritchardia sp. Pritchardia is a genus of Pacific palms and is the only palm genus native to Hawaii. That said, IDs of immature palms are difficult.
